My EO’s DON’T say ok to ingest. Is it safe to use them in a mouthwash that I will spit out?

    1. All EO’s are required to say do not ingest. It depends on the brand, though. Some are okay, some aren’t.

I need to know what EO can I use with coconut oil to make a mouthwash for oral thrush. Everything that I find says do not ingest or not intended for internal or topical use.
Help me . I have an EO by Nature’s Bounty -Earthly Elements.
