Add a few drops of your essential oil or oils of choice to the hot water and lean over the bowl with your head covered with a towel and inhale. In the humidifier/vaporizer method add at least 20-25 drops of your essential oil(s) of choice to the humidifier or vaporizer and turn it on prior to bedtime or in which every room you are present in during the day.
